Garbanzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-14 oz. can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 small jar pimientos, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rinse garbanzos in cold water. Combine with other ingredients and allow to stand in refrigerator for several hours. Serves 3-4.
