Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 heaping Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; cut in shortening until mixed well.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Flour hands.
    Place large spoonful of dough into hand; knead back and forth.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 500\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
