Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    juice of 3 medium lemons (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan the first 3 ingredients; stir in gradually the boiling water and cook over low heat.
    Continue stirring and boil 1 minute, slowly.
    Stir half the mixture into egg yolks. Beat egg mixture back into remaining hot mixture.
    Boil 1 minute, stirring.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in margarine and juice.
    Cool. Pour into cold baked 9-inch pie shell and top with meringue.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
