Baked Tomatoes Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large tomatoes
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    2 shallots, chopped
    3 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    salt and pepper
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes across the top.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Mix together shallots, garlic and herbs.
    Place tomatoes (cut side up) on a baking sheet.
    Salt and pepper them.
    Sprinkle with the herb and garlic mixture, then with breadcrumbs.
    Sprinkle with a little olive oil.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    An entree for 6 people.
