Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground smoked ham
    1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
    1/2 lb. ground lean beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Mix small amount of brown sugar, mustard and vinegar.
    Can serve with sauce made of whipping cream, horseradish, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    Serves 8.
