Crispy Buttermilk Chicken(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic salt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
black pepper to taste
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Mix together buttermilk, garlic salt, garlic and black pepper. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and roll in corn flakes.
Bake on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
