Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. graham crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Mix 1
cup
graham
crumbs,
1/4
cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted butter
well
and press into bottom of spring-form pan. Blend well in
blender
1 1/2 cups sour cream, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 pound
cream cheese and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Pour into pan
with graham crust and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Open oven and turn on broiler.
Brown top lightly.
