Apple Nut Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. diced, peeled apples
1/2 c. nuts
ice cream (vanilla)
Preparation

Beat egg in small bowl with electric mixer.
Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla.
Fold in flour mixed with baking powder, then fold in apples and nuts.
Turn into greased and floured 9-inch layer or square pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
Spoon into dessert dishes while warm and top with a spoonful of ice cream.
