Cranberry Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 slices white bread, crumbled
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 can cranberry sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine meat, tomato juice and bread.
    Mix well.
    Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire, parsley and egg.
    Roll into balls and brown in small amount of butter.
    Beat cranberry sauce with lemon juice and brown sugar.
    Pour over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes.
