Peanut Butter Round Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft shortening, Crisco
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 c. rolled oats, quick or old fashioned uncooked

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Place shortening and sugars in a bowl. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in peanut butter. Sift together the flour, salt, and soda. Stir into peanut butter mixture. Stir in the oats.
