Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Pare potatoes and boil until tender. Drain. Beat softened cheese and sour cream with a mixer at medium speed until well blended.
    Add hot potatoes gradually, beating constantly, until light and fluffy.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
