Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. tapioca
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box strawberry Jell-O (3 oz.)
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Pour boiling water over the rhubarb and then drain.
Place the drained rhubarb in a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until rhubarb is tender and crust is baked.
