Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, cut in wedges
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in pan.
Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, celery and garlic salt.
Roll potatoes in mixture.
Lay potatoes in pan with melted butter.
Bake 30 minutes on one side, then turn them over and bake 30 minutes more.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
