Deluxe Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter or margarine, syrup and cream.
Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into a pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden brown.
Serve plain or with ice cream.
