Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    24 soda crackers
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer cabbage and ground soda crackers with pats of butter or margarine and add salt and pepper to each layer.
    Fill your casserole with the layers.
    Top with butter or margarine.
    Pour milk over this until the crackers are all soaked and not too much milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown and cabbage is tender.
