Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to directions on package until just tender.
Put into a greased casserole.
Mix onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise.
Spread over vegetables.
Melt butter; mix with cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
