Karo Fat Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

no-stick cooking spray
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. Argo cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo light or dark syrup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients until mixed.
Whisk egg whites, water and syrup.
Stir into dry mixture until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back.
Cool.
