Harvest Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. smoked sausage links
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except sausage and cheese.
    Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Arrange links on top of potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
    Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
