Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 or 2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook chicken, onion, celery, carrots and salt in water until chicken is tender.
    Mix 1 stick margarine into stuffing mix and seasoning packet.
    Place half of stuffing mix in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Drain vegetables from chicken, saving 2 cups of broth.
    Remove chicken from bone and place on top of stuffing mix. Mix the broth and vegetables with the soups; bring to a boil. Pour mixture over chicken.
    Place remainder stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
