Italian Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 deboned chicken breasts
1 egg
3/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. oil
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. sweet basil
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

Preparation

Dip chicken into beaten egg, coating well, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Brown in oil.
Drain chicken and place in casserole dish (single layer).
