Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
8 c. diced apples
2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs; beat well.
Mix in apples and nuts.
Bake in 2 (9 x 9-inch) greased pans at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
