Lemon Poppy Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 lemon instant pudding (3 oz.)
2 Tbsp. poppy seed or 1/4 c.
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Beat eggs; add all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in tube cake pan.
Cool 45 minutes.
You can put frosting on if desired.
Good without.
