Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw, coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil and zucchini.
    Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add vanilla, walnuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from pans and cool.
