Turkey Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute the onion.
    Add the ground turkey in lumps and fry lightly.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper, mushrooms, flour and soup. Simmer 10 minutes or longer.
    Stir in the sour cream.
    Heat and serve.
