Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt and orange peel.
    Cut in shortening; stir in juice, eggs and vanilla just until moistened.
    Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Fill 18 greased muffins or use paper liners.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
