Flossie'S Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or Crisco (I use part of both)
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 c. warm (105~ to 115~) water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, well beaten
3 to 5 c. flour
Preparation

Scald and cool milk, butter or Crisco, sugar and salt. Sprinkle yeast over warm water and let it stand until it dissolves.
Add yeast mixture to the milk mixture.
Then add 1 1/2 cups flour; beat well.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth (it should bounce back when touched with a finger).
Place dough in a buttered bowl and turn to grease completely.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in a warm place to rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
