Lois' Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar, packed firm
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk with 4 tsp. vinegar
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, oil, eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt and soda.
    Add to the first ingredients.
    Add rhubarb and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 3 well-greased bread pans.
    Mix together 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle over loaves and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
