Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    8 egg yolks
    8 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    ladyfingers
Preparation
    Line spring-form pan with ladyfingers.
    Beat egg yolks with milk and lemon juice.
    Beat egg whites until stiff in glass or ceramic bowl (not plastic).
    Thoroughly wash bowl, beaters and hands to remove any trace of grease before beating whites with the cream of tartar.
    Fold beaten whites into the milk-yolk mixture. Put into pan lined with ladyfingers.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
