Chinese Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. powdered ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Roll into 1-inch meat balls.
    Bake uncovered on roasting rack in slow oven (275\u00b0) for 1 hour.
    Makes 50 meat balls.
