Hot Potato(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. water, mixed with 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice thinly into a 2-quart baking dish. Add salt water.
    Cover.
    Cook on High for 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Drain.
