Salt And Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips; roll in flour.
    In a skillet, heat oil and fry meat, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper until brown.
    Add water and soy sauce.
    Cover and simmer until tender. Serve over cooked rice.
