Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Roma tomatoes or 5 large tomatoes, cut up in slices or chunks
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 minced green onions
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    Mozzarella cheese, cut in chunks
Preparation
    At least 4 hours before serving, arrange tomatoes and cheese in a dish.
    With a wire whisk, whisk the other ingredients and spoon over.
    Cover and refrigerate.
