Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 beets
    6 c. water
    3 1/2 c. juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    5 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil beets and water until soft; drain.
    Keep 3 1/2 cups of juice.
    Boil all ingredients; add sugar.
    Boil for 2 minutes until jellied.
    Put into jelly jars.
    Seal.
