Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Blend egg yolks, buttermilk and flour with a fork.
Then add baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Melt margarine; add to mixture.
Whip egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture. Serves 8.
