Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 tart apples, pared and sliced
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of nutmeg
dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
butter
2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
-
Combine all dry ingredients and gently mix with the apples to which the orange juice has been added.
Line a pie plate with crust.
Add the apples and dot with butter.
Adjust top crust, fluting the edge.
Sprinkle the top with sugar.
