Corn-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 cans cream-style corn
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Combine with cooked rice, jalapeno pepper, corn, cheese and sugar.
Spoon in lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
