Lazy Cook Tamales(An Original Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken, stewed until tender
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. tomato puree or 1 can tomato paste or sauce
    1 1/2 c. broth or juice
    1 Tbsp. each: chili powder, chili pepper, Spanish seasoning, cumin and ground coriander
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. flour
    2 c. masa harina (tortilla flour)
    2 c. hot broth with fat (reserved)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can drained olives
Preparation
    Stew the chicken until tender.
    Remove meat from bones; cut into bite size pieces and set aside.
    (You will need a quart and half of chicken broth.)
    Pour the fat with broth into a 2-cup measure and reserve (this should be about half or less fat). Simmer together for 20 minutes or more 2 cups chicken broth, the tomato puree, 1 1/2 cups broth or juice and the seasonings.
    After simmering period, mix together the flour with enough broth to make a smooth paste.
    Stir into sauce, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and slightly thick.
    Remove from heat.
