Grits-N-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. instant grits
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. freeze-dried chives (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour boiling water over grits.
    Stir until blended.
    Fold in Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
    Add beaten eggs and chives.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 40 minute or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
