Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini
3 c. carrots
1 jar pimentos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. cheese, grated
1/4 c. onion
3/4 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix together first 7 ingredients.
Pour into a 10 x 10-inch pan.
Add stuffing and butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
