No Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar mushrooms, undrained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt. casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Don't peek!
    Serve over wheat noodles, low-carb noodles or brown rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
