Warm Tomato Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
    1 can petite cut diced tomatoes, drained
    1/2 pkg of dry taco seasoning
    1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Reserve 2 tbsp tomatoes for garnish. Add remaining tomatoes and taco seasoning to skillet of drained beef. Cook for 5 minutes. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with cheese. Garnish with reserved tomatoes and sliced green onions and sour cream, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
