Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
3 tsp vanilla
2 c. raw zucchini, peeled and grated
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Blend well.
Stir in zucchini.
Add all dry ingredients, then fold in the nuts.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pans for 50 to 60 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
(I use a couple spoons of orange peel.)
