Pork Chops And Apple Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    4 c. seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    4 apples, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 to 2 c. apple juice (depending on how moist you want the stuffing to be)
Preparation
    Place chops in ungreased casserole.
    Saute celery and onion in margarine in saucepan over medium heat until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
    Toss celery mixture, croutons, nuts and apples in bowl. Stir in juice to desired moisture.
    Spoon mixture evenly over chops.
    Cover and cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and cook until stuffing is dry on top, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
