Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices white bread, remove crusts
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. half and half
    softened margarine
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done.
    Crumble and drain.
    Spread each slice of bread with margarine.
    Cut into squares.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage.
    Top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese. Let sit 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
