Zesty Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans green beans
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
Preparation

Warm beans and pour off liquid.
In separate pan, mix next 6 ingredients.
Cook slightly.
Pour over beans in buttered casserole.
Mix melted butter and corn flakes.
Sprinkle over beans.
Top with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
