Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    approximately 3 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients together.
    Add yeast mixture to the second mixture. Add approximately 3 cups of bread flour, a little at a time, until mixture is \"workable.\"
    Knead until well mixed.
    Place in well-greased bowl and flip dough to grease the top.
    Cover with a cloth; let double in size.
    Punch down; roll out dough and shape into rolls.
    Butter tops; cover and let double.
    (You can prepare these ahead of time and refrigerate dough before the second rising.)
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 6 minutes.
    Yields 36.
