Golden Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. milk
3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
In a saucepan combine milk, shortening and potatoes.
Cook and stir over low heat, just until shortening melts.
