2 to 3 large, ripe tomatoes
pure olive oil
coarse black pepper
lemon juice or white vinegar
salt
garlic salt
oregano
sweet basil
Preparation

Slice tomatoes 1/8 inch thick.
On a large plate, lay slices to cover the total plate.
Take pure olive oil and splash all tomatoes.
Take lemon juice or white vinegar and splash slices lightly.
Sprinkle coarse black pepper, garlic salt, oregano and sweet basil; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Ready to serve.
