Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage (1 1/2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/8 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Remove outside leaves; wash cabbage.
    Cut into wedges; shred cabbage with knife.
    Discard core.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-heat.
    Add cabbage, garlic and red pepper.
    Sprinkle sugar over cabbage.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add onion and stir-fry 1 minute more or until vegetables are just tender.
    Yields 4 servings.
