Turkey Cocktail Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Egg Beater (1/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasonings
    1/2 c. crushed fat-free Snack Wells, wheat crackers
    1 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into bite-size balls. Place on top of boiler pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
